1. Agreement
By accessing EMPEVO you agree to these terms. If you use EMPEVO on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. The service
EMPEVO provides a ranked messaging inbox, AI reply drafting, pipeline tracking, coaching and reporting for appointment-setting teams. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep account credentials secure and only invite team members you trust.
- Only connect messaging accounts you own or are authorised to operate.
- Comply with the platform policies of Meta, Instagram and any other connected channel, including rules on unsolicited messaging.
- Do not use EMPEVO for spam, harassment, deceptive claims or unlawful activity.
4. AI output
AI-generated drafts, scores and assessments are suggestions. A human reviews and sends every message. You are responsible for what your team sends.
5. Meta platform compliance
When you connect an Instagram or Facebook account, you also agree to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and you confirm you are authorised to grant EMPEVO access to that account's messages. Platform Data received through the Meta APIs is used only to operate EMPEVO for your workspace; it is never sold, shared with data brokers, or used for advertising. You may revoke access at any time in Meta's Business Integrations settings, and we will delete the stored Platform Data for that connection within 30 days.
6. Data
You retain ownership of your workspace data. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may perform maintenance and may suspend accounts that create security, legal or platform-compliance risk.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMPEVO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data.
9. Termination
You may stop using EMPEVO at any time and request deletion of your workspace data. We may terminate access for material breach of these terms.
