Data & trust

What we access
Only the Instagram business messaging data needed to run the inbox: the conversations sent to the professional account you explicitly authorise, the participant's public profile name and picture, and the messages your team sends back.
What we never do
We do not sell platform data, do not share it with data brokers, do not use it for advertising or profiling outside your workspace, and do not attempt to re-identify anonymised data. No message is sent automatically without a human on your team approving it.
You stay in control
Revoke EMPEVO's access at any time from your Facebook or Instagram settings. When access is revoked or deletion is requested, the associated platform data is deleted within 30 days.
Isolated workspaces
Data is scoped per workspace and enforced at the database level. Setters see only the conversations assigned to them; managers and owners see their own team. Access is authenticated with Google sign-in.
