How to delete your data

EMPEVO stores Instagram and Facebook Messenger conversations on behalf of the business you messaged. You can ask us to delete your messages, profile details and any notes linked to you. Submit the form below or email privacy@empevo.eu. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.

You can also remove EMPEVO from your Meta account at any time: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (Facebook) or Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites (Instagram) and remove EMPEVO. Meta then sends us an automated deletion request and we process it on the same 30-day timeline.

What gets deleted

• Your message history stored in the workspace.
• Your contact record: username, display name, profile picture, notes and tags.
• Any AI-generated scoring, drafts or coaching material derived from your conversation.

Aggregate, non-identifying statistics (for example total reply counts) may be retained. Backups roll off within a further 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
